the staff felt invested in my trip and its success. i needed an umbrella for a rainy day shopping, and the front desk lent me theirs. my room was very close to the métro station, so travelling to and from places was easy. fresh water in the reception was available all the time.
i spotted some furniture, and it had little marks that showed some wear.

The location was excellent. the rer b train was just seconds away. the proximity to jardine du luxembourg was a real plus. the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that.
the room was basic. there wasn't enough space for clothes. the refrigerator seemed a little unstable. some days the breakfast buffet was empty quite early.

The room was clean, and it had a kettle. It also had a minibar. Its central location provided easy access to Luxembourg Gardens. The staff members were very kind, always ready to help with any questions or requests I had.
I found only one iron and ironing board available. This limited resource created some inconvenience as I had to wait to use it. It would be helpful to have more ironing facilities available , especially during peak times.

the location was really good, near everything i needed.
our room wasnt great, it was right next to the entrance. it was so noisy at night with people going in and out all the time. also, the couple we were traveling with had a tub but there wasnt a grab bar, it felt a bit unsafe.
